Because of ur love for the area of Mani and with the experience of 10 years we created two stone mani houses called Villa Skafidakia, located at the edge of the village and consisted of  2 apartments of 65 square meters and 2 studios of 37 square meters

The apartments of 65 square meters have their own independent big veranda,a bedroom, a living room and a bathroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed with a 22-inch TV. The open plan living room and kitchen is equipped with kitchen utensils,a fridge,an electric oven, filter coffee maker,a kettle and a toaster for the preparation of your meals.In the living room there is a table  with 4 chairs, sofas that can be turned into two single beds and air conditioning. Finally, the apartments have free Wi-Fi and private parking

The studios of 37 square meters is on the first floor, overlooking the sea from the one balcony and mountains from the other.Εach studio has its own independent bathroom with bathtub and there is an open plan bedroom with a double bed and the kitchen equipped with kitchen utensils,a fridge, two electric cooking hobs,a filter coffee maker,a kettle and a toaster for the preparation of any kinds of meals.In the comfortable magnificent balcony you can enjoy the brilliant sun rise up on the mountain peaks of Taygetos or the sunset drinking your drink or juice. Finally, the studios have air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and private parking.
